How the service works

Select a service and travel date. A confirmation with a QR pass is issued by email.

Meet your officer
Arrivals: staff meet you at the aircraft exit with a name sign. Departures: Fast Track counter at check-in row F, Level 2.

Proceed through priority lanes
Your officer escorts you through the designated immigration and security lanes to baggage claim or your gate.
Services and pricing
Prices include 7% VAT.Per-guest pricing. Children aged 2–11 pay the child rate; infants under 2 are not charged.

For passengers departing from HKT, from the Fast Track counter to your gate.

Arrival
Your officer waits at the aircraft exit holding a sign with the lead guest’s name. If you cannot locate them, contact the number in your confirmation.
Departure
Fast Track counter at check-in row F, Level 2, International Terminal. Please arrive 10 minutes before your booked time.
Conditions of service
- Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before the service time.
- Children aged 2–11 pay the child rate; infants under 2 are free of charge.
- Maximum 9 guests per booking; larger groups can be arranged via the contact form.
- The service adjusts to flight delays; times are monitored against the flight number provided.
- Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the service time.
- The service does not exempt guests from document checks. Entry decisions rest with the Immigration Bureau.
Frequently asked questions
Can I book for a flight departing or arriving today?
Online booking closes 24 hours before the service time. For same-day requests, contact the service desk via the contact page; availability is not guaranteed.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
The roster is monitored against your flight number. Your officer meets the revised arrival time; departure bookings can be moved to the next available slot at no charge.
Is Fast Track available for domestic flights?
Yes. Domestic services cover the security lane and escort; passport control applies to international services only.
How do I receive my confirmation?
A confirmation email with a QR pass is sent after payment. Show the QR pass to your officer at the meeting point.
